Learn More About Our Company Job Purpose The Project Administrator will assist the PMO team in Ener Sys to implement Global Processes and tools across the organization. This individual will carry out day-to-day administrative activities as established by the Project Manangemnt Office. This is a role which requires competence in leadership, organization, and communication with opportunity for growing responsibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to organize, structure, and bring together teams for a work package or set of tasks. Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently, driving projects from start to finish. Perform periodic checks on projects to check the process compliance status in Codebeamer, Requirements Management Tool Perform periodic audits on projects data to check data accuracy in codebeamer Support maintenance and organization of the PMO Share Point site (Basecamp) Codebeamer tool administration, set up new users, create new reports, provide end-users training and support.
