This is a hybrid temporary position in Culver City We are seeking a highly organized and driven Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic Services division. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting and managing the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns from conception through to completion. You will work closely with various internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination and management of projects that enhance our brand's reach and impact.Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring effective collaboration among media strategy, creative, and analytics teams. Manage and track the progress of campaign elements including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation using tools such as JIRA and Airtable. Coordinate with media strategy leads to assist in the planning and buying of media across paid and organic channels. Support internal and external media teams in the workflow management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. Develop and maintain project documentation such as status agendas, creative trafficking, budget tracking, media recommendations, weekly reporting, and campaign wrap reports. Address and resolve complex challenges, proactively seeking solutions to improve processes and outcomes. Maintain a clear line of communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and presentations on campaign status and insights. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a related field. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of the marketing campaign lifecycle, including experience with social media planning, media strategy, ad trafficking, and analytics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse teams. Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills. Prior experience in music, entertainment, or subscription-based service industries is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Instagram. A strong track record of building and maintaining cross-functional partnerships. Adaptability and flexibility in handling the dynamic needs of projects. Top Must-Haves: Project Management experience in fast-paced environment Media Advertising or Marketing Agency experience Creative management/producer in digital media Music Industry background The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36 to $41/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
