Job Description SNI Companies is working with a large manufacturing and distribution company located in Central New Jersey. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, handing employee data, and running reports. Responsibilities: * Process bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees. * Collecting and Entering timesheet and payroll data into Ceridian Dayforce * Calculate and run reports on wages, overtime, bonuses, tax deductions, etc. * Preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits * Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation & transactions * Responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns Experience: * Degree in Accounting, business, or a related field preferred * 3-5 years' experience working in payroll or a similar role. * Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices * Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits: * 100% Remote * Medical Insurance * NJ Sick Time * Holiday/Vacation Pay
