Job Overview Internal Audit Services (IAS) is beginning a multi-year journey to build a strong, collaborative, risk-focused function to enable First Ontario Credit Union (FCU) in achieving its strategic objectives. Reporting to the Vice President, Internal Audit (Chief Audit Executive), the IA Director (IT) is one of two new Director roles and will form the IAS Leadership Team. The IA Director (IT) will support the CAE with building the IAS function and delivering its mandate to support the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors in their oversight role. While this role has a specialized focus in IT, the IA Director must be comfortable with all aspects of internal audit across the organization. Role: IAS oversight responsibility for FCU IT environment, including developing strategy and methods for ongoing backssments of governance, risk, and controls. Develop and deliver risk-based IAS Plan for the IT environment. Lead and execute IAS projects (IT and non-IT), including: Develop and execute risk-based audit test programs and procedures in accordance with professional and industry.
