Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our office. The Office Manager will play a key role in managing office facilities, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting various departments. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements. Coordinate internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. Human Resources Support: Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. Coordinate employee events, meetings, and training sessions. Financial Administration: Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking. Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain financial records and assist in financial reporting as needed. Facilities Management: Oversee office layout and space planning to optimize efficiency and functionality. Manage vendor relationships and contracts for office services, including janitorial services, security, and utilities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in office management or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
