Position: Full time legal assistant for very small Rockledge law firmPosition is Monday thru Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, you must be available these days and hours Responsibilities: -All aspects of processing case files from intake to post court-Assisting office staff with workflow-Handling basic managerial tasks, for example leave time, payroll hours, ordering supplies Qualifications: -High School graduation level of education-Experience as an administrative assistant in a legal setting and some working knowledge of documents used in a legal setting-Organizational and multi-tasking skills a must-Extreme comfort with computers as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
