We are seeking to add a Billing Specialist to our growing team. Work a Hybrid remote/in office, come work at our renovated offices in Skokie or Our team has the option to work 100% fully remote The Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist will be responsible for the submission of insurance claims to payors, posting payments, and subsequent follow-up to ensure claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist will have the opportunity to engage with various departments of the Revenue Cycle team to further develop his or her knowledge and skills. Your Responsibilities: Submit Electronic Claims in a timely and accurate manner Verify correct insurance filing information Research, resolve and resubmit any rejected claims in a timely manner Check claim status on appropriate payor systems and contact insurances as needed Post payments received from payors Send Medical Records and other documentation to payors as requested Meet daily, monthly and quarterly billing metrics What we offer you: Flexible work environment – You can work from home, hybrid or fully in office.
