Salary circa £62,000 p. a. plus benefits Location Leatherhead, Surrey, hybrid Each year, we provide housing and support for around 1,800 socially excluded and vulnerable people across Surrey, parts of Berkshire, West Susinteraction and South-West London. This is an opportunity for you to use your experience to play a critical role in achieving this goal by leading the finance team to deliver the financial resilience that will allow us to go from strength to strength. As a member of the Senior Leadership team you will provide effective and inspiring leadership ensuring that Transform's values are present in all activity and that corporate objectives are achieved. You will create, implement and evaluate, plans, systems and policies that lead to strong organisational performance and value for money. You will also focus on continual improvement while leading the delivery of financial services. We're looking for: Someone with social housing experience at a senior level of developing, implementing and managing financial operations for an organisation that are contemporary, high-quality and efficient. An inspiring leader with a high degree of personal drive as well as empathy and the ability to engage the support of colleagues both in the finance team and across Transform. Our benefits are great too, they include: 28 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays and one wellbeing day each year.
