The Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Controller to provide ownership of financial and accounting operations. In this capacity you will have oversight of our audit functions, financial reporting and contribute to the scaling of the organization by playing a key role in executing on our growth strategy. What you will do: Financial Controls Lead the accounting function and work closely with our VP, Finance and CEO Own and manage the monthly financial statement close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of the financial statements, and ensure filing/reporting compliance with key internal and external stakeholders Responsible for monitoring and oversight of the internal control processes, completing and coordinating financial audits with external auditors, and completing working papers for tax preparation Reporting & Analytics: Responsible for overall regulatory reporting including ongoing improvements and alignment with regulatory changes. Work closely with the VP, Finance and the business to create and track critical KPIs and metrics to track and monitor overall business performance. Provide strategic support to senior leadership including preparation of the financial aspects of the quarterly board packages, leadership meetings, and ad hoc information as required.
