You're part of: As the Senior Finance Officer within payabl. 's UK entity, you'll play a pivotal role in our financial activities and accounting functions. You will actively participate in reporting, accounting, budgeting processes, and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining efficiency and meeting crucial deadlines, contributing directly to the financial health and operational effectiveness of our company. Your Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations : Handling accounting, reporting, and tax requirements of the UK entity. Financial Reporting : Participating in the preparation of UK financial reports, including monthly/quarterly/year-end management accounts. Regulatory Compliance : Taking responsibility over the statutory and regulatory UK reporting requirements (FCA, Tax, etc. ) and ensuring compliance with the regulatory provisions. Merchant Settlement : Participating in the merchant settlement process, pricing, and ensuring its proper and timely execution, including funds monitoring. Audit and Accounts : Contributing to the UK financial audit and production of statutory accounts. Budgeting : Participating in budget preparation and the monthly deviation analysis. Tax Management : Handling all UK taxes including Corporation tax and VAT. Ad-hoc Support : Undertaking other ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by the CFO/FC.
