Due to sustained growth, we are looking for an ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified Financial Controller to take responsibility for the accounting activities of both our US-based parent company and UK-based subsidiary. Reporting to the CFO, you will help ensure finance continues to be a key business partner group wide. In addition to having the ability to prioritise a varied workload in a fast-moving environment, the successful candidate will have a strong business acumen, great attention to detail and a genuine willingness to roll their sleeves up when necessary. Key Responsibilities Managing all accounting functions - including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Preparing and publishing all monthly financial statements and reporting any variances. Assisting the CFO with the preparation and review of budgets and financial forecasting. Ensuring accurate and timely US sales tax filings and payments. Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls. Streamlining and improving all operations and accounting systems. Day-to-day supervision and mentoring of the Finance Team. Assisting the CFO in the preparation of reports to the board. Skills & Experience Qualified Chartered Accountant Currently a successful Finance Manager and/or Financial Controller Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with non-financially orientated members of the business.
