The Role: As a Finance Assistant, you will be managing finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, credit control, and assisting in monthly financial reporting. Responsibilities: Manage Accounts inbox and telephone queries promptly. Oversee billing processes, generate invoices, and handle credit control. Maintain accurate accounting databases and perform payment runs. Execute inter: company transfers for cost apportioning. Offering administrative assistance to both legal professionals and HR consultants. Conduct daily bank reconciliations and provide financial reports. Set up new clients / suppliers and offer administrative support. Requirements: Previously worked as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role. Possess basic finance experience. Experience in managing multiple projects. Skilled in IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point). Right to work in the UK.
