We are West Techs, Chill Water Specialist that specializes in Commercial and Industrial Chiller and Boiler work, Cooling Towers, Air Conditioning Service, Industrial Coating, and Rental Chillers. Commercial HVAC Service Technician Positions now available. We are looking for quality people who want to be part of a team to provide outstanding service to our customers and can expertly service and/or repair commercial heating/cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician Pay Scale: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, performance and on going training attendance. Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, with 1 hour lunch; alternating on call schedule to cover 24/7 emergency service; some weekends and evenings Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing. Reports to: Service Manager Required Qualifications: • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.• Experience making repair and replace decisions.• Experience working on chillers and or 25tons + commercial HVAC equipment.• Advanced customer service skills.• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.• Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner.• Read and understand basic electrical schematic diagrams.• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.service technician, experienced technician, commercial technician, hvac technician, service tech, repair tech, repair technician, repair, service, maintenance
