Bookkeeper (Hyde Park Title Agency) Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our growing real estate team and work with our title company, Hyde Park Title Agency. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, professional demeanor, positive attitude, experience in bookkeeping, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and completes tasks promptly and with accuracy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process and print checks for closings Balance funds for each closing Process incoming and outgoing wires Verify wire instructions Create Invoices for Titles Reconcile all title company IOTA Bank Accounts monthly Scan and assemble month end packets for each bank Manage annual agency audits Complete bank reconciliations for title company Process title company's month end close Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications and Requirements: QuickBooks experience Advanced Math skills Experience with MS Office Suite specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Qualia experience preferred, but not required Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance benefits, Life and LTD insurance, PTO, 401(k) and a great work environment.
