In this role, you will be responsible for financial controls and operations alongside driving continuous improvement and development of the finance teams. Financial Controller £90,000-£100,000 per annum Hayes, West London Full Time, Permanent Hybrid Working We are working with an international medical company, who are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their UK HQ in West London. In this role, you will be responsible for financial controls and operations alongside driving continuous improvement and development of the finance teams. Role Responsibilities Reporting: Ensure preparation and consolidation of accurate monthly TBs, submitted within Group timeframes. Responsible for final GL balances. Provide detailed financial insight on business performance in the month. Financial control: Ensure an accurate and timely month end close. Complete monthly control review of the entity, incorporating detailed review of entity balance sheet including cash and working capital. Ensure best in class control environment across processes and systems is implemented and maintained. Finance operations: Responsible for finance operations AR, AR, treasury, drive cost improvement initiatives, ensure internal KPIs are defined and tracked. Ownership and review of all tax related compliance including payroll taxes, VAT, Corporations tax, and other relevant direct and indirect taxes Audit: Responsible for delivery of audit requirements internal & external, and review of entity statutory accounts. Key point of contact for auditors. Continuous Improvement: Challenge status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities across finance and commercial areas that drive both the businesses commercial agenda and ensure best in class financial control is in place across.
